Railway Tavern

Status: Closed and demolished
Address: Blackwall Station, E14 (streetmap) (osm) (gmap) (bingmap) (streetview)
Dates open: [1841]-[1878]
Notes: Marked on 1841 plan of the docks, and named on 1872 and 1878 Stanford maps. It adjoined the London and Blackwall Railway terminus by Brunswick Pier. The 1856 PO directory links this to the "Brunswick Hotel" (later "Brunswick Tavern", Brunswick Pier, see separate entry), on the other side of the station.
